SF MoMA Parking Garage and Scultpure Garden
A seven-story, 410 car parking facility with a roof sculpture garden, connected to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. The SF MOMA Parking Structure won the Grand Award in 2000 for Concrete Masonry Design, presented by the American Institute of Architects California Council and the Concrete Masonry Association of California and Nevada.
PUDC negotiated the ground lease with Pacific Bell, financed the project with Wells Fargo and managed the entitlements, design and construction. PUDC provided a turn-key project to the Museum and its operator.
