A Public-Private-Partnership (P3) with the California State University (CSU) System and San Francisco State University (SFSU)/Ucorp, the Holloway Avenue Student Housing development is a mixed-use project including 580 student housing beds, 15,000 sf of retail, and a parking garage. The project will house SFSU students, and will be delivered in the Fall of 2020.
PUDC and American Campus Communities (ACC) are co-developers.
